 Journey 1   PORTRAIT STUDY

FOCUS:  The Portrait Art of Modigliani, Picasso, Matisse, and Klimt

Students will explore the portraiture art of various artists then create their own work based on inspiration from the study.  Various art techniques and media will be explored.

 Journey 2   CANADA'S TREASURES

FOCUS:  Artists and Inspirations of Canada

Students will explore Emily Carr, Maude Lewis, Group of Seven, and the variety of landscapes found across the country.  From oceans to hoodoos to prairies and all the flora and fauna found in the many regions of our landscape, students will create a series of "wee works" that explore a variety of techniques and media.

Workshop Wednesday  ---> Replaces Open Studio

Youth and adult drop-in open studio will be put on hold this year.

Instead, adults will find intermittent opportunities on Wednesdays during the evening.

For example:  Adult Watercolour Workshop or Art Journaling
